I leave damaged weapons/armors and shitty scav bags, hats etc in there and manually sell the rest. Manually selling is your best bet to get the most. The loot, while not as good as other prime scavving maps, is good enough to make it worthwhile to loot some rooms before extracting. I still think the best way to scav early wipe is to run your scav through factory for karma and some minor gear pieces and instead focus on your PMC progression. I've only found L1, MULEs, and Meldonins. The broken crates can also spawn stims. I have one in particular that seems to spawn stims 50/50 of my scav runs.
